Step Three: Before Your Appointment

If you have any questions about the technology being used or need to make adjustments to take part in the appointment, he or she will happily help you get them worked out on the spot. Step Four: Virtual Call- Zoom
Your solar advisor will start the online zoom meeting, where he/she will show you a presentation and walk you through the entire process of going solar soon while answering any questions you have about home solar and storage. In addition, they will design your solar system with you during the meeting, which is uniquely tailored to your home, needs, and goals. As we previously mentioned, this part of the process should talk around 45-60 mins to complete.
